We are usually able to ship anywhere in the world in 2-12 days. 

However, in some cases it may take 6-8 weeks for delivery, this mostly applies to our free product giveaways as they are shipped directly from the manufacturer, a fair trade off for a free product :)

Shipping Times are how long it takes to ship the item AFTER the order gets processed.

Most of the time we offer product tracking, however in some cases it may be unavailable, if that's the case, contact us at  info@nycbeautytech and we will keep you up to date on your order as best as we can!  

Please Note: It may take up to 7 days before a tracking code becomes active!

For World Wide shipping, we have various warehouses around the World. Unexpected custom and import taxes may apply and is the responsibility of the buyer.

Why Am I Missing Items? Depending on stock and warehouse location, we may need to ship your order separately, so sometimes products will arrive at separate times in separate packages, generally we'll give you the tracking numbers anyway though so you'll know!

We're aware that using a Credit Card online can be scary! However, our website is SSL encrypted and certified (As can be seen above) to give you safe and secure transactions, and all Credit Card payments are processed with our payment processor Shopify, the best in the business! We don't store any Credit Card information, and we will never share your personal information with anyone else, so you can rest assured, any purchase you make with us is as secure as it gets!
