1. Rack up on hot towels.

Soak them in hot water, then writing them out until they are slightly damp.Use them to wipe off your face and any products on your face. This will be getting all of the aroma-therapeutic benefits of the oil.
2. Mask your way to clearer skin.
There is no doubt having a good product to is very important to skincare as well. Buying an organic face mask is also cheaper to a very expensive cost at the spa.
3. Make your shower more spa-like.
Even the few minutes you spend under the spray every day can become more like a fully-body treatment, simply by changing the temperature of the water from hot to cold. This is good for relaxing the muscles of the body creating great blood flow.
4. Treat your eyes.
Cucumbers are not the only way to soothe tired eyes. Our experts recommends boiling two chamomile tea bags in milk, then refrigerate them until cool. Place over your eyes for 10 minutes to help refresh tired eyes of staring at your cell phone or computer for hours. These can be stored in you fridge up to a week!
